My take & experience on Yoga the elixir of YOG or YUJ. 

YOG means Milap to unite & YUJ means to join or to yoke. 

As per Yogic scripture the practice of yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between Mind, Body & Soul. 

When one makes yoga a way of life. Pranayama the existence of your life. Then negativity melts away and what remains is the purity of your essence. The world becomes your oyster. Make your life worth living.

It's your responsibility to live your life the way you want. 

• The first 20 Years you live life in accordance to others. 
• Next 20 years you live for others.
• Next 20 years one lives with others. Your duties for the existence of the present world gets over by 60. 
• The next next 20 years are meant to be lived as you perceive to be correct.  
• The Next 20 years are then spent in the Bliss of visualizing the cross over world.

Your next birth is conceived through the conception of your last thoughts.
