Negative feelings should not always be seen as deterrents; they can also indicate that you are undertaking something frightening yet worthwhile. The absence of desire to engage in an activity would elicit a different feeling altogether. It's important to remember that fear often accompanies genuine interest.
Many times, we create unnecessary problems and crises in our lives out of fear of actually living. You are never upset for the reasons you think; at the heart of your desire to create a problem is simply the fear of being who you are and living the life you want.
Do not hesitate to change your belief system. The only thing you need to do is adopt a new line of thinking, rather than seeking experiences that reinforce your current mindset.
If you wish to change your life, start with your beliefs. To change your beliefs, seek out experiences that make them tangible to you, not the other way around.
You may view problems as obstacles to achieving your goals, but in reality, they are pathways. The impediment to action propels action forward. What stands in the way becomes the way. Remember, encountering a problem forces you to take action to resolve it. This action will inevitably lead you to think, behave, and choose differently. The problem becomes a catalyst, pushing you out of your comfort zone and enabling you to actualize the life you've always wanted.
Do not let the past define you; remember, you can change this reality. Change your perceptions, and you change your life.
Attempting to change others, situations, or things—or simply complaining and getting upset about them—introduces you to your own negative aspects, such as anger. Most negative emotional reactions are reflections of disassociated aspects of yourself. The qualities you admire in others are those you appreciate in yourself. Conversely, the traits you dislike in others are often those you fail to recognize in yourself.
The alignment of Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune this month serves as a gentle reminder to transform ourselves and our perceptions, enabling us to create the life we desire.
